Description of Service
Eternity Ultra provides an AI-powered marketing automation platform that helps businesses create content, manage social media, generate leads, and run marketing campaigns.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use it for unauthorized purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eternity to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law, or interfere with the operation of our platform.
Social Media Compliance
When using Eternity to manage social media accounts, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform including Meta, Google, TikTok, and others. You are responsible for all content published through your connected accounts.
AI-Generated Content
Eternity uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
Eternity Ultra is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
