Request Your Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from Eternity Ultra. This includes all data associated with your account, connected social media integrations, and any content generated on your behalf.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All business data, skills, and brand assets you uploaded
  • All AI-generated content, blogs, posts, and campaign data
  • All lead and contact data associated with your account
  • All connected social media account tokens and permissions
  • All email sequences and outreach data

What cannot be deleted

  • Transaction records required for legal and tax compliance (retained for 7 years)
  • Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you

How to request deletion

Option 1 — From your account

Sign in to your Eternity account, go to Settings, scroll to Danger Zone, and click Delete My Account. This will immediately begin the deletion process.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to privacy@eternityultra.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 3 — Use this form

Submit the form below and we will confirm your request via email.

Processing timeline

We will complete your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

Meta / Facebook integration

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Eternity, we will revoke all access tokens and delete all data received from Meta platforms. You can also manage app permissions directly at facebook.com/settings/applications.
